Scope
These terms cover the Sinilumi website (sinilumi.com, sinilumi.ee) and every Sinilumi app (“the apps”). By using the website or signing in to an app, you accept them.
The apps
- The apps are small services for personal use, provided free of charge.
- Some apps are open to any Google account; others only to invited users. Access can be given, changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Information an app shows may come from other sources (for example public websites or data providers). It is shown as received, can be out of date or wrong, and the original source is what counts.
- Apps and features may change or be discontinued without notice.
Your account
You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Don’t sign in as someone else or share access you were given personally.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or the apps.
- Don’t scrape them or use them to pass their content off as your own.
- The text, design, logos and imagery belong to Sinilumi unless stated otherwise.
Liability
The website and the apps are provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by Estonian law, Sinilumi is not liable for loss arising from their use or from being unable to use them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
Estonian law applies, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction.
